LaboFans is built for creators and fans to connect through subscriptions, messages, livestreams, and other features. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for everyone.

These guidelines help protect users, creators, and the integrity of the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use LaboFans.

You may not create an account, upload content, or interact on the Platform if you are under 18.

Creators must complete identity verification before monetizing content or receiving a verified badge.

3. Respectful Conduct

Users must treat others with respect. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users.

• Send unwanted, abusive, or hateful messages.

• Discriminate against others based on protected characteristics.

• Encourage violence or self-harm.

• Stalk or repeatedly contact users who have blocked you.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, promote, or request content that:

• Involves or depicts persons under 18 years of age.

• Is illegal in the applicable jurisdiction.

• Is non-consensual, exploitative, or recorded without consent.

• Depicts violence, bestiality, incest, or other prohibited material.

• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

• Contains malware, phishing, scams, or fraudulent schemes.

• Shares private personal information of others without permission (doxxing).

• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity.

5. Consent and Performer Requirements

Creators are responsible for ensuring that all individuals depicted in their content:

• Are at least 18 years old.

• Have given informed consent to be depicted.

• Have consented to distribution on the Platform.

Creators must maintain appropriate records where required by law and provide documentation upon request.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

Do not share another person's private information without permission.

Do not attempt to obtain login credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information from other users.

Respect the privacy settings and boundaries of creators and fans.

7. Payments, Spam, and Manipulation

You may not:

• Circumvent payment systems or chargeback fraudulently.

• Use bots, fake accounts, or artificial engagement to manipulate metrics.

• Spam users with unsolicited promotions or external links.

• Advertise illegal services or unauthorized third-party sales.

8. Intellectual Property

Only upload content you own or have the right to distribute.

Do not repost, resell, or redistribute another creator's paid content outside the Platform.

Report copyright concerns using the process described in our Creator Agreement and Terms.

9. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user or content violates these guidelines, use the reporting tools available on the Platform or contact us at support@labofans.com.

We review reports and may take action at our discretion.

10. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal or restriction.

• Temporary account suspension.

• Permanent account termination.

• Loss of monetization or verified status.

• Reporting to law enforcement where required.

We are not obligated to provide prior notice before taking enforcement action, especially in cases involving illegal content, safety risks, or fraud.

11. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
